How we work

From first line to launch, and after.

  1. 01

    Discover

We start with the problem, the people and the constraints — then agree on what success looks like.

  2. 02

    Design

Flows, interfaces and architecture, tested early with real users and real data.

  3. 03

    Build

Small, frequent releases you can see and use. No black-box months.

  4. 04

    Run

Monitoring, support and iteration once it’s live — we stay for what comes next.

Frequently asked questions

What does Opirth Technologies do?

We are a software development company in Kenya. We design, build and run web platforms, SaaS products and mobile apps; build AI applications and integrate AI into existing software; integrate high-volume M-Pesa, POS and KRA eTIMS systems; and audit and harden AI-generated code for production.

Do you work with clients outside Kenya?

Yes. We are based in Kenya and work remotely with teams across Africa and worldwide.

Can you take over or fix an app that someone else built?

Yes. Our production-readiness service starts with a code audit covering bugs, security vulnerabilities, performance and architecture, then fixes what matters most — whether the code was written by people or AI tools.

How do projects start?

With a short call about what you want to build or fix. We follow up with questions, a recommended approach and a scoped proposal before any work begins.

Have something in mind?

Tell us what you’re building — a new product, an AI feature, or a system that needs rescuing. We’ll reply with honest next steps.
